ESPACES Youth Training Center

Espaces Youth Training center was founded in 2002 by KASA Swiss Humanitarian Foundation.

The center was created to

• to provide with different educational possibilities through different training courses, short and long-term projects

• to provide young people with space for reflection for better understanding of important changes that young Republic of Armenia has to undergo for creating a civil society

Our objectives

• Provide young people with a possibility for transferring their theoretical knowledge into practice

• Provide young people with necessary soft skills for creating new job opportunities for them

• Encourage social and civic initiatives of young people

• Organize cultural events and promote francophone

• Contribute to the communication with young people from abroad

• Promote the principles of E-Culture

We offer
Paid courses

• General foreign language courses for different levels (French, English, German, Italian, Russian and Armenian for foreigners) as well as specialized courses of E-mail and Telephone English.

• Computer classes (MS Office, Open Office, Internet, etc.)

• Guide’s training course

• Soft Skills trainings (CV and Cover Letter writing, making a presentation, passing an interview, official correspondence, etc.)

• Drawing classes

• Psychological youth projects

Discussion Clubs and Other Activities

• Community Internet Center which is promoting E-Culture

• Language Clubs (French speakers, English speakers, German speakers)

• Psychological Club (debates, different meetings, film screenings)

• A rich library of French and Swiss literature

• Cultural activities (film screenings, exhibitions, seminars, etc.)

Our advantages

• Our center in situated in the center of the city and it is quite easy to find

• The center is well equipped, it has a center with fast Internet access, a rich French library as well as quite comfortable working spaces for courses and other activities

• Besides Armenian and Russian, there are also French, English and German spoken in the center

• There is a possibility of communication with foreigners living and working in Armenia or just visiting Armenia

• Per request there is a possibility of course or project initiation
